The “Très belle” Soprano Trio consists of Sopranos Kimberly Jones, Marisa Buchheit, and Leila Bowie. Long-time friends and active solo performers, the trio came together when a friend recommended that the ladies develop a performance group similar to that of The Three Tenors. The “3 Sopranos” had a successful debut performance at the Preston Bradley Hall of the Chicago Cultural Center in January 2014, and have been taking the classical music scene by storm ever since. They have performed for celebrated venues such as PianoForte Chicago, the Sunday Salon Series of the Chicago Cultural Center, the Musicians Club of Women, and the Ravinia Music Festival. Committed to the future of music, the trio performs educational programs for the Merit School of Music and with Ravinia’s “REACH*TEACH*PLAY” Educational Outreach Series.
